All items will be shipped via USPS within 2 weeks from order date. If you need your order before 2 weeks, please reach out to sales@spiritanimalsundays and we will do everything we can to accommodate and expedite shipment.
- Standard Shipping - 5-7 business days: FREE within the United States
- Expedited Shipping - 3 days: $25
- Next Day Shipping: $50
IMPORTANT: If you choose Expedited Shipping or Next Day, your item may still take 2 weeks to be created and be ready to ship, however the shipping method will be expedited accordingly once ready.
All unused, undamaged items can be returned for full refund within 10 days of receipt. We offer FREE returns within the United States.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com to receive return approval and authorization number. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
In order for a return to be approved, the items must meet the below criteria:
- All items must be in original and unused condition. Items showing any sign of wear or damage will not be eligible for return.
- All items must be returned in original packaging with all materials and packaging undamaged and completely in tact. Any items returned with packaging elements missing or damaged will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fee may vary from $5-$70 depending on extent of damage - our customer service team will communicate directly with you to confirm any charges before processing the return.
- Return must be imitated within 10 days of receipt of the item

All Star Animal Sundays items are inspected carefully before shipping. If you believe you have received a damaged item, please immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your item.
Damages & Repairs:
We offer complimentary repairs within 90 days of receipt for any items that have not been misused.
If you require a repair, please email photos of the issue or damage to email@example.com to initiate the process.
Repairs may take up to three weeks to complete.
We do not offer free repairs on misused items.
